Jason Costanzo is a strategic communication advisor based in the Greater Toronto Area and the founder of Eloquium, a consulting practice that helps companies and professionals communicate complex ideas with clarity, authority, and strategic influence.
Working with consulting firms, financial advisors, and senior executives, Jason supports professionals operating in high-stakes environments where communication directly affects decision making, stakeholder alignment, and deal outcomes. His work focuses on strengthening how experts present analysis, lead discussions, and guide clients through complex situations such as restructuring engagements, investor presentations, negotiations, and board-level briefings.
Fluent in English, French, and Mandarin Chinese, Jason also brings an international perspective to his work. Having spent fourteen years living and working in China, he frequently supports companies involved in cross-border business by preparing executives for international negotiations and helping teams navigate cultural and communication differences in global engagements.
